Outstanding! I would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone on Eddy's Mazda team is incredible! Jeremy is who my family worked with and I can't say enough good things about him. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, able to work outside of the box, and goes the extra mile. He even delivered the vehicle to our house and took the time to put a bow on it. I highly recommend Eddy's Mazda. Ask for Jeremy!

Jairon is awesome i was able to go in at 9am and walk out with a 2017 chevy volt by 11am! Jairon was soo helpful and got me the car i wanted with the help of Tyrone who got me a loan with no previous credit. Highly recommend.

I went into the facility looking to “ POSSIBLY “ purchase a vehicle. A young man by the name of “ Johnathan “ came outside to meet me straightaway. It turns out that he was very informative ( to be so young ), patient ( I really didn’t know what I was looking for ), and kind ( as I had just had a house fire ). To be be perfectly honest, “ Johnathan “ was a complete and total gentleman... THE WHOLE PACKAGE!!! Anybody looking to purchase a vehicle, has questions or really isn’t sure what their needs are... This is the place and Johnathan is the name!!! P.S. ( everyone there was helpful )

We came in looking for a reason to buy a Mazda instead of another Honda, and we got it! I felt like a person through the entire process, not just another sale. We'll definitely be back in the future! Blake was super friendly and helpful, they were able to answer our questions, and once we decided to purchase our new CX-5 they were quick. I also really appreciate that during the sales process I didn't feel pressured to buy prepaid maintenance or any other service. They explained the benefit, and then dropped it if we decided it wasn't a good fit for us. The other departments are also awesome. I lost my title and called to ask what I should do. Not only is Mickey ordering me a replacement, but she waved the fee and expedited the process so I can get my permanent plates before I get into trouble!
