I come to this place very often, good place to purchase food. The only downsides for me is the sirloin fajita it comes with chunks of fat. After am done cleaning the sirloin fajita I end up getting 1/2 or one pound of fat out of it depending how many pounds I purchased. Previous purchase of sirloin fajita was 8lbs. I ended up with 1 pound plus of fat. It’s known that fajita can’t come lean it needs its fat but as much as 1 pound plus is not that great. butcher does not turn both sides of the sirloin fajita to display what am getting. The butcher only display the side that is clean and the other side has a chunk of fat. But other then that good place.

Meat is always awesome at Aguilar's. The finger ribs had good amount of meat - they didn't dig out the knuckle to leave it on the ribeye. They were expensive, but so long as they leave some meat on it I'm happy. 22 for 2 slabs. Happy Saturday!
