Wonderful experience with having my dog groomed today! They did a wonderful job and treated her very well. She looks so happy and cute with her new haircut. The prices are very affordable, I will definitely be a return customer!

I have used their boarding and grooming services for three dogs over 15 years. I always come away knowing my fur baby is in good hands. I highly recommend them. You do need to make an appointment.
This is the worst grooming service I have ever taken my babies to. They CUT my puppy deep and now she will require surgery to get it closed up because of their negligence and incompetence. They refuse to answer my call...and will not get back to me. I have been trying to get a hold of them for days!!!! I was charged 119 for the worst and most poor service... now they require SURGERY for open and deep wounds that this place caused...now I get no reimbursement and on top of that I’m loaded in hospital bills. Keep your dogs away from this place!!! And if the owner sees this...ANSWER MY CALL OR CALL ME BACK ASAP
Very professional and not rude at all. Rude is an interpretation from the recipient. I've taken my dogs for over four years and have experienced not but excellent service.
Every visit my Daisy has had with Chicky’s, has been wonderful. I appreciate their time and effort my special little lady.
