Working with Edna and her team was an absolute pleasure. We had great communication almost daily via cell and together we pin-pointed the right price that my house needed to be listed at. (by reviewing weekly detailed pricing in the neighborhood.) Edna did not panic that suddenly for 3 weeks we didn't have any inquiries. Edna Mashaal is a terrific realtor and a genuinely kind, helpful and resourceful person. After both my parent’s passing at the height of Covid, and the subsequent challenges of long distance emptying of the home they had lived in for 66 years, Edna stepped in to stage the house for sale. Over a number of months she facilitated small repairs and resolved other stumbling blocks between weekend open houses. Being far away, she was our eyes to be sure the house presented well, and made herself continually available to check on the house. She maintained a positive attitude throughout the slow process of wading through layers of approvals with everything taking longer than in normal times. We loved working with Edna back in 2013 so much that we hired her again when we were looking for our second house few months ago. She is the most professional, honest, responsive and knowledgeable agent we ever met. It is so hard to find trustworthy agents these days and working with Edna was like finding a diamond in the rough. Edna knew exactly what we were looking for, had great recommendations and it was very easy to work with her. She also went above and beyond what the agents typically do, and we are are so grateful for her assistance. We were out-of-town buyers this time, and Edna went to the house numerous times to give us a video tour, to check on things for us and even to meet with our architect. I don’t know know what we would have done without her. The results speak for themselves as bought not one but two houses with Edna. And we are definitely hiring her again in the future, if ever need to!
