Quiet place considering that it's in El Cajon. Clean 55 park. Well managed .Good atmosphere. Nice ,well maintained swimming pool.

Very quiet, a little cramped but that's to be expected. Nice layout allowing you to drive through so that you don't end up needing to turn your car around in a dead end with little room to do so.
The view and and tranquility of the ocean was awesome. They rented horses and atv for me. On top of that I met and married my wife there.5stsrs for this place. A services. I recommend to everyone seeking to have many new long lasting friends.
I unfortunately had a bad experience. I am currently looking to rent a 1bd. Mobile Home After 12 yrs. in a section8 housing list my name finally reached the top. Anyways back to the Mgr. Rocky; Right away upon meeting him at his office He had a chip on his shoulder He is not a people person. I looked at the rental & I was impressed & proceeded back to the office where he gave me application (never have I seen a application like this) He made it perfectly clear to bring it back with no blank pages & a 25.00 money order. As soon as I started filling it out is where the ? Able unsure to why the landlord of where I previously lived had to fill out. I got the order & returned with my paper work for him that section8 requires & the application. As soon as he saw that page blank he started telling at me TO LEAVE HIS PROPERTY NOW. I was trying to simply just say sir I have a learning disability that sometimes prevents me from completing task. He did not want to hear me & he probAly couldn't HEAR ME. THRIWING THE ORDER & APPLICATION BACK AT ME TELLING ME TO LEAVE NOW. I WAS in complete shock & cryed while I was driving. It takes a lot to make me cry. THIS MAN IS A GRUMPY PERSON WHI SHOULDN'T BE DOUNG THAT JOB......
It has nice people and a swimming pool . Plenrly of spaces available. And their are RV rental spaces available if you are just passing through. With gas and groceries rt across the street.
