This was a first time rental. The experience of working with El Monte RV Van Nuys was a excellent experience. One of the two men that work there was Sharam. Sharam is a sincere good hearted person who was extremely understanding and caring towards me and my family on this trip. He walked me through the contract process and how to use the RV with no issues. My middle son has severe autism and this was his first road trip in a RV Sharam was a blessing to work with if I had any issues with my son and the trip he was caring and understanding and reassured me that everything would be ok and to enjoy your trip. This made the trip overall a excellent experience. Any family out there with a special needs child of any age or with out this El Monte RV location is fantastic to work with I highly recommend it. Just make sure your honest and upfront with all your information and nothing but good will come back to you. Thank you Sharam we really appreciate you! If we rent a RV again you’ll be the first I reach out too. LIVN 2020

First off Steve, Carol, and Siron are amazing! The main web page needs to updated their 1-888 number. It goes strait to a Fax noise. I almost let this deter me from doing business with El Monte RV of Van Nuys. So glad it didn't. There RV's looked so new and clean, at a price that could not be beat by the competitors, ultimately caused me to investigate further. I had questions so I went to the Van Nuys office where I first met Steve. He was incredibly helpful. He gave me a direct office number for the sales department in CA. Down side they will not take your number and call you back. After being on hold for 15 min. I hung up and asked. Nope you have to wait on hold. It took me 30 min till my call was answered by Carol from the sales department. She is awesome! She answered all my questions and apologized for the wait. After speaking with her I booked the rental right then and there. I picked up the RV the next day for an event where the client need a space with amenities for a small child and nanny. IE: Bathrooms, heat, entertainment, sleeping area. After dropping the RV off at the venue my boss was so impressed he had me go back and attempt to rent another RV for our team as a mobile office that could provide a shower. Steve, on short notice, once again stepped up and was able to provide this for us. So not only did we rent one RV. But because of this amazing experience we rent two! Two days later I dropped both RV's off to Siron. He made the process super simple and was such a great guy. Aside from some cooperate glitches, like the hold time and 1-888 number I'm glad I still brought my business to the Van Nuys El Monte RV Rentals & Sales team. Thank you. We will be doing business again in the future.

Steve and Shahram are very helpful! I was our first tine renter at El Monte RV and my first time driving it. But they made it easy for me, bery knowledgeable and accomodating! They have triple AAA Service i would highly recomend working with this guys! Awesome Experience!!!!!
