New to El Paso and was looking for a good pediatric for my daughters and found them!! All the staff was wonderful from the front desk to the MA and loved the PA she is amazing I highly recommend Thank you for showing your kindness and great caring care.

Dr Lodi is good but the front desk staff TRASH I walked up to them laughing at my I’d and they got quiet and when I asked them what’s so funny they got quiet completely unprofessional.
I love taking my daughter to see Melissa Holguin however the office staff and billing department is a different story. They always tell me I'm overdue on co-payments only to find out through my bank account that I have always paid. When I try and show them, they say that I need to call someone in billing to get it taken care of....pretty much happens every visit!! The lady at the front office then proceeds to tell me in front of everyone in the lobby that if I don't pay, my account will be sent to collections when I have always paid!! I will be finding a new doctor even though we love Melissa.
It gives me great pleasure recommending El Paso Kids Klinic. Dr. Lodhi is one of the best pediatricians me and my wife have come across. She truly cares about her patients. Gentle in examining the kids and accommodating while dealing with anxious parents, patiently answering all our queries. Her staff members are friendly and well mannered. The clinic is well maintained and clean. I would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a pediatrician for their little ones.
