I had the great experience myself for not shopping for a vehicle. Now that I got into one and talked with Rene and he convinced me to purchase really soon. This is a fantastic showroom! The staff is very warm and welcoming and the test drive process is completely painless. Sign up. They check your insurance info. Get the key to a car all by yourself for 30 minutes. Better yet, they don’t bother you afterwards like dealerships. I highly recommend people try out these insanely fun electric cars. ️ ️
I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y from Tesla Helen of Troy. The Gallery Manager Ruben Valencia and Sales Advisor Rene Lonvelin were excellent to work with. I requested Rene because he is a subject matter expert on Tesla vehicles and has more experience than any of the other Sales Advisors. Ruben was able to get my vehicle delivered to me a day earlier than scheduled and has a lot of experience in the automobile industry. The Service Center and Mobile Service Technician Angel Esquivel were awesome to work with. They will take care of any issues you have in a timely manner. I highly recommend purchasing a Tesla from Tesla Helen of Troy and ask for Rene.
Andrew helped with everything and it was all perfect. I don't understand how people rate tesla less than 5 stars it's the most painless car-buying process ever. Andrew answered all my questions before I left the lot. Tesla has the most advanced technology in the world everyone else is a solid 5-10 years behind. I order a S model 3 weeks ago 97K , and never received a confirmation by email , I called sales rep at the local dealer and spoke to 3 different people they never fix anything, one told me the email was input incorrect, I told them to corrected and nothing , I spoke to another rep they said they will call me back to open a case and never called me back! I said to them they don’t take business serious.. I believe they don’t get any compensation for any sales that’s why they don’t give the extra mile to help new vehicles owners what a shame.. I still want the. Car but with this .. maybe I wait or go to another dealership out of town where they can take my business seriously
