Every time I bring Annie, the staff greets her like she’s returned home. They show their care and address any concerns I have. Such a WONDERFUL staff ! My pets have been seeing Dr. Kevin Thompson for 12 years now, so that should speak for itself ! He’s so thorough and also seeks preventative measures to protect my pets from any foreseeable illness they can be prone to. Just a great Vet and clinic all the way around?

Great@taking care of our animals! Cat had a spot tumor removed from above left eye...and 80lb. dog had a quick check after a nose issue. Both are doing well and staff provided extra communication to make sure our pets were doing well after visits. We will be moving our records over...very happy with the care of our animals...kids included!

A wonderful animal hospital. I have had 3 total visits and they all went very well. The latest visit was very last minute due to serious symptoms that began overnight. It was right after the winter storm, they were booked through the day, but the doctor managed to see my animal in-between visits. Everything is always explained in detail about your animal's health and the steps moving forward to make your animal better, and my animals have always shown vast improvement within 24 hours after our visits. Plus, every member of the hospital is very kind and welcoming. I would recommend this animal hospital every time.

We have been using this practice for over 15 years ago starting with Dr. Thomson . Having the addition of Dr. Rogers in 2006 when they moved to their new office has been wonderful addition as well. They both have been great for all of our scheduled routine visits. Even more impressive to me is their accessibility, prompt response and follow-up for those unanticipated emergencies that can occur. Both with our first dog in 1999 and then our current terrier in 2012 we have had several situations where immediate medical attention has been needed and the care they received was fantastic. Having a first-class Veterinarian is important but it's also the skills, knowledge and working relationship among the other staff members that really contribute to the overall quality in this exceptional practice. Since 1999 Eldorado Animal Hospital in McKinney has been providing this kind of 5-star service to both our dogs and our family.
