Good pricing for lab testing. Organized staff. Clean. Pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Murphy has been very helpful with tangible suggestions to improve emotional well being (EMT workbooks), practical nutritional guidance, and encourage structured socialization activities. If you need printed receipts or documentation it's usually available via patient portal. If it's not there call 'em and they'll get it there in a day or two. The nutritional supplements recommended can get pricey. They have been helpful, but since we do not have medical insurance, and the nutritional supplements are not \medically necessary\ (health expense FSA usually just covers medically necessary) they are beyond our budget.

I was supposedly being treated by Dr Wade. In 2 years she saw me one time. She failed to schedule necessary tests or do follow up. I’d be scheduled for a telephone appointment and her call would be hours late. I don’t even think she comes to Columbus at all. Her incompetence resulted in my having a massive heart attack in March. A simple test for inflammation and cholesterol would have alerted her to a problem with my coronary arteries.

My experience hasn't been a really good one. I schedule an appointment. I informed them that I haven't received the questionnaire by email yet. So, they would send me a questionnaire. That I could complete before my appointment. Then I received a text message stating per request your appointment has been canceled. I want be dealing with this company anymore.
