I had the worst experience with them. I took the test in the book that was sent to me. I entered my answers online. They gave me a score and said I had completed the test. I threw my book away because I thought I didn’t need it anymore. I waited and waited for it to be sent over to the DBPR and it never was. I called (waited on hold for 20 min) and the girl said that she was going to send it over and should be processed within 2 business days. I waited again and NOTHING. I called back (on hold again for 20 min) and the girl said that it was only showing that I paid but didn’t take the test. I will never take my test with them again! They are so unorganized and don’t know what they are doing. I took the test with another company for LESS THAN HALF of what I paid Elite and they got the job done within a day or two. Elite is a horrible waste of time and money!
