Our home warranty company dispatched Elite to figure out an issue we were having with our Electrical and Heating. Although we have never dealt with Elite in the past and was not sure what to expect we were VERY HAPPY with their work - We NOW have heat and they were able to find the issue from another company we had install our New Heat Pump ONLY 1 ago - Thank You to the entire Elite Heating and Air Team

I would not recommend Elite Heating to anyone. From the beginning they were abysmal in timeliness, professionalism, communication and transparency. They were hired by American Home Shield for warranty repairs. Sadly Elite was assigned from a city over an hour away so it took a week to get them out to begin the process. The furnace was operational when Brad got there but when he left it was seized leaving the furnace non operational. That was Oct 28th. He left saying he would order a part but would not tell us what it was. When I called the office to find out I was told by Susie she had 13 more people to call and was just too busy to look for me. The part was supposed to be received by the 30th but they wouldn't schedule our next call until Nov 5th \to be sure the part arrives\ That left us with no heat for 8 days. I was also scolded by Susie for not doing the appropriate service to the furnace \because this would not have happened if you had.\ Thanks Susie but the house was just purchased, hence the use of the home warranty. DO NOT USE ELITE.

I wish I could put 0 stars.. This company has been the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The lady answering the phone is very irresponsible and half the time doesn’t recall what she’s told me. She never calls back and could care less about what your needs are. Sadly my home warranty company assigned them to me and I’ve been stuck with them for a while now, considering that they can’t fix my AC correctly the first 50000000 times. This summer has been ridiculously hot and these people don’t know what they’re doing. They’ve been here a few times and can’t fix the AC, then they schedule you out so far and when my home warranty company contacted them, Elite Heating and air never called me to set up an appointment, so I had to call them. Once they finally answered they said they’d call me back and they never did. If you want to save yourself from growing gray hairs from working with these people then please avoid them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I requested service on my a/c unit through my home warranty. This company was referred by them. I made an appointment for July 20th at 1 pm. No one showed. When I called they said the wrong date was put in and they would see what they could do. I called the next day, they said they didn't have a technician coming to Walla Walla and they would see when they could fit me in. I'm without a/c in 105 degree weather. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very incompetent staff, that know nothing about good customer service.
