My dog Oxana has been in her training/doggy day care program for about two months now and I can tell a huge difference in her behavior! Melinda is extremely knowledgeable and is so fun to talk with. I have participated in two of her group classes as well. In those classes, she gives you the tools that you need to continue training your dog at home to achieve maximum results. With my busy work schedule, it has been so great to be able to take my dog somewhere that she can interact with other animals as well as be loved on by the trainer.

We love training our dog Albee with Melinda! The class sizes are small for customized training and we have seen such an improvement in Albee in the 6 weeks we have attended. We love the humane approach Melinda uses and how she not only trains the dogs, but teaches US to become better trainers! Her materials explain WHY we are doing things are certain way. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of training you receive! We can't wait to put Albee in the Day Academy and to begin the next level of classes!
I only trust Melinda with my precious pup! She is very knowledgeable and skilled. I love her positive reinforcement philosophy and clicker training methodology. She responds promptly and patiently to my deluge of questions. We have been with her through Puppy Elite, Elite 1, a private session and now into Elite 2, as well as twice-weekly Day Academy. We are reaching goals faster than I could have imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend her for every step.
Melinda is extremely knowledgeable about training. She had both of my puppies behaving in a very short time. I was amazed how her loving, positive methods worked almost immediately! Her calm in control demeanor translates to the dogs as soon as she walks in the door. I recommend her without any reservations! Melinda is fantastic!
Melinda does such a great job explaining how to effectively train your dog. She explains how and why to do things. She really takes time and uses her dogs to model the behaviors you are learning. Elite 1training is a great starting point. Now just need Jackson to be calm when he is alone. Looking forward to starting day academy soon. I'm definitely glad we went through Elite 1 training.
