Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!! I did my application online the night before. Showed up at 9:30 the next morning they had the car started up and ready to test drive when I showed up. I was out the door by 11:30 with my new car. Richard and the finance guy (Forgot his name....sorry) were both wonderful ! Love my new Ascent

My mom had a flat tire and got the spare put on. The following day we dropped the car off at the dealership to get inspected. An hour later we got a voicemail from service advisor Paul Mills. I still have the voicemail saved. He said that the tire was slashed and unrepairable. He luckily had only one in stock for a total of 211.33. What a great, helpful guy! I refused the repair and picked the car up to get a cheaper tire somewhere else. When I went to another shop they said it was only a nail and they fixed it for 40. I called the dealership and spoke to Paul. I asked for an explanation and he couldn't provide one initially, then, of course, he passed the blame onto the tech in the back. I said I needed to speak to someone who can fix this so it doesn't happen again. He said sure, let me transfer you to the manager, then immediately hung up. This is unethical and the whole operation needs to be investigated. I have attached photos of both, their estimate and the tire shop repair order. Buyers beware, especially buyers who all they know about cars is driving them. I filed a complaint with BAR.

I have been a Subaru owner since 2002. We currently own 4 Subaru vehicles, making this our 5th. Our experience at the Elk Grove Subaru dealership with Mike Carlson, and Dave De Leon has been the best one yet. From now on Elk Grove Subaru is where I will be buying all of my vehicles.

I can’t express enough how great Elk Grove Subaru was to me. First off, Rachel was my sales person. She was incredible! I couldn’t have imagined a better person to help me find my new car. If you are talking to any sales people whether it be at Subaru or any other dealership, please go see Rachel at some point. She’s just amazing!! Then let’s talk about Aaron who really made the negotiating easy and actually a fun time. Yeah, I said fun, when buying a car! Finally let’s talk about Mike, the finance guy. Have you ever sat in the finance office and thought, “oh my goodness, is this over yet?”. Well, mike will make you feel like not wanting the experience to end. From start to finish, elk grove Subaru was the best possible experience when buying a car. I got what I wanted, met some amazing people, and felt so comfortable driving off that lot in my new Subaru! Safe to say I am a VERY loyal customer!

Haven't shopped for a car for 14 years... it was time! Love road trips with the dog so needed safe, reliable, roomy and fun to drive... Narrowed it down to Subaru (great reviews) and Elk Grove Subaru got us the car that we wanted with the features & warranties we needed. Excited for our first trip! If (when) we need a new car, will definitely go back there!
