Five to ten years ago, this was a great dealership, but the last few years it has gone downhill fast. I was looking at a new truck a couple years ago, the salesman was great. I was unhappy with the appraiser only offering me 13k for my trade, so I went to two other dealerships where I was offered 20k and 23k. Obviously with a difference of 10k, I dealt with the higher of three. I still continued to use the service department, but that has deteriorated rapidly also. Service advisors and technicians seem to go through a revolving door. Brought my truck in for service at 30k miles with no problem. Went to leave and had a tire pressure fault so I drove back in and was told to drive it to clear the code. Went back at 35k miles for a noise concern before the warranty expired. Told advisor I was not worried about it because I would be in soon for the 37.5k service and tires would be off for rotation anyways. I am now expected to pay 200 (pretty expensive for 2 TPMS sensors) for the repair of a problem that started when it came off the lift and out of the service department because the advisor did not document this and has no recollection of it. I don't think so. I will no longer do any type of business with Elm. Completely disappointed in what this dealership has become and would not recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I made a trip to Elm Chevrolet recently. We were greeted promptly and treated extremely well by their entire staff. From our salesman Gary M, to the sales manager and Finance department, we felt very appreciated. They were fair with our trade and made buying our new Tahoe a very nice experience! Dealing with the Elm staff was like buying a car 20 years ago! No hustle, no shady fees, and honesty which we appreciated most! We’ll be back in the future!

Mike Smith did a fantastic job not only finding the exact vehicle that I wanted (wasn’t at this dealership) but also made the transaction seamless. He maintained great communication throughout locating the exact vehicle to the end transaction. I’ve purchased countless new vehicles and there was zero pressure, and was easily the smoothest new vehicle purchase I’ve made.

A lot of prep went into the deal so when I came in it was easy as possible. Salesperson Michael Smith and finance guy Bobby Tremaine were both straight forward. Easy no sweat price match too from another dealers pricing. Elm Chevy is always top notch.
