AWESOME. FIRST. I am not related nor do I know anyone here. Now i always see a lot of negative reviews and with some valid/solid reasons and i complete understand the pain. But My experience with them have always been PERFECT. This makes me believe that the must be also a lot of people like me that have had excellent service but didnt take the time to write a review. In fact i spoke with a friend who told me they help him with his visa to the extend that he felt like a Boss, they were the one calling him making sure he was set. And my question to him was did you leave them a review? I will let you guess his answer. The thing is when we get what we want we forget to say thanks. Most places nowadays are based on reviews. I think we should as a community also do our part. Like any other business or service there is always room for improvement. I always use the mailing process and follow the process and stay respectful. Get my stuff back on time. Get visa in 5days sometimes. For the appointment side of things, like i earlier mention the is room for improvement. I think based on reviews here that they should work on a better system like a \spot and date allocation online on their website\ Remember Encouragement gives birth to improvement. With that i finish by saying thank you to the whole staff working diligently for us. Thank you for your service.

We have to call for an appointment but no answer when you call!!! You are not even received in an office but at the door. Can you imagine??? Even if you guys still have to do to make the place look good, you can manage a space for temporary received guest.shame on you

Hello, My name is Anne. I am contacting you about the appointment setting. It is extremely difficult and even impossible to set up an appointment over the phone . Even by insisting with the call, we can not get Someone on the phone. This is so frustrating especially for those who have to apply for a passport. An online system established to set up an appointment could be beneficial and ease the struggle. Hoping that things improve and get better, please receive my sincere appreciation. Have a good day. If I could give them 1/2 a star I would. This place is horrible. I work for a funeral home and we have been trying to send a decedent home to be buried. We sent paper work they have received on 11/24 and have not returned as of yet. A family member flew from Las Vegas, NV to Washington to get answer. They don't answer the phone and will not respond to an email. We are still waiting for paperwork to be returned (and we did include a prepaid over night envelope) NOTHING. THIS IS THE WORST EMBASSY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!!!!!

Thy service is incredible good. I send an email and got a call same day from a guy who was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you had a bad experience in the past, please try them again. They have a great team
