Extremely prompt service! Highly appreciated, especially the services of Mr. Sojan Paul (Attache, Consular). He was always quick in responding and helping me with my queries.

I have called them for an OCI card, after one day they picked my phone. I asked is there any expedite OCI card process. They told me that it will take atleast 6 to 8 weeks to get me back. It doesn't make any sense. No responsibility no good service. Now days in Uttar pradesh one file can not stay at one table more than three days.

Very good experience overall. My questions were answered quickly over the email. Mr. Paul is absolutely helpful with all my email inquiries. I would suggest everyone to email instead of calling the office as that would work out faster for you.
