What a great experience. Every time I've been to a dignity hospital, I have not been disappointed. From the pleasant greeting and quick action at the front desk, to the wonderful nurses and staff in the back, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and left feeling better and empowered by knowledge. I will certainly be trusting my health with the staff at the Dignity Emergency room. Thank you Dr. Gilbert and all of the amazing nurses that helped.

We had an amazing experience - in and out in an hour. The doctor, nurses, and radiation tech were all kind and compassionate. We felt heard and at ease with the tests performed. Thank you.

After sitting in the Banner Casa Grande emergency room for 2 1/2 hours in excruciating pain, we left and went to this ER. They were awesome! They got me right back, did immediate scans, and alleviated my pain. Everyone was so nice, professional, and accommodating. Even though it's a 50 minute drive from my house, I will be going there every time. My father-in-law is a frequent patient there, too, as he has COPD and they are always great and quick with him, too. I highly recommend this place.

ASK FOR THE NAME OF THE PROVIDER YOU WILL BE SEEING WHEN YOU CHECK IN AND MAKE SURE THE PROVIDER IS IN YOUR NETWORK, NOT JUST THE FACILITY! We chose dignity health because it said they were in our network and you would think that all of the providers who work for the hospital would be in network also but that is NOT the case! We were not told ahead of time that the provider was not in our network and therefore were not able to choose a provider who was in our network .... so we were seen and then sent a separate bill later just to pay the physician because he wasn’t in our network (after already paying a ridiculous amount to the facility)! I don’t understand how a facility can allow a provider to not accept the same insurances that the faculty does... if you’re working for a facility you should accept the same insurances that the facility does. If the provider was in our network our insurance would’ve paid the bill in entirety! We filed a dispute through a third party company our insurance works with and the provider/his billing company denied our claim and we have to pay the full amount (again, even though the faculty was in our network and we weren’t told who the physician was or that he wasn’t in our network). Again, Dignity should enforce that if a provider wants to work for their company, then the provider must accept the same insurance that the facility does. And if not, then Dignity should tell the patient upfront what provider they will be seeing so that the patient can make sure the provider is in their network before being seen and getting sent a surprise bill later!

The treatment was actually good and the people very friendly. However I was only in the room for about an hour. The doctor asked me about 10 questions (I was dizzy). Then gave me a pill which they charged 7 for and a prescription for more pills. I spent less than 5 minutes with the doctor and about the same with a nurse. The rest of the 45 minutes or so I was there was spent waiting alone for the medicine to kick in. I just received my bill. 1980.63. That seems quite unfair for the amount of care I received. While everyone was very friendly I would not recommend seeking treatment here.
