If I could give this company no stars I would. They have provided terrible customer service and have really shown their lack of communication skills and professionalism. We were so excited to get solar, but the install left holes in our roof which has caused water damage in our home due to rain getting in those holes. No problem, that is what the contract and warranty is for, right??? Well, it has been such a pain trying to get them to correct their mistake. It took forever for someone to respond about getting us on the schedule for the repair, when they FINALLY did get someone out there, they botched the inside job to fix our ceiling. Which don’t even get me started on the way they left our ceiling looking, it was just a shock at how poor the quality and professionalism was. We are having to get a separate contractor to fix the ceiling, which they are supposed to pay for, but they won’t even communicate to get this approved for the people to come and fix this. It has now been 3 months and this has still not been fixed. Even the contractor emailed us and said this job should have been done for us a long time ago. If we ever move, we will definitely get solar, but NEVER again from EMPWR. I don’t even understand why we are being treated this way. We have been more than patient and fair. I would like to believe it is not personal, but that is just as bad seeing how that means they can treat anyone like this. I regret getting solar with them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, at all, ever. Also, we had to report them to the BBB for them to respond.

I have to admit, when someone knocked on my door a few months ago wanting to talk about solar for my home, it seemed a little sketchy. Hesitantly I agreed to let someone from EMPWR come and discuss using solar to reduce our power bills. Very glad we made the decision! Our salesperson was super informative, and we were very pleased with the installation and communication. Our system has been active for a little over 3 months and we saw a decrease in our power bills right away. Our production was a little low in February, but it also rained half the month. Overall very pleased with our experience with EMPWR. Would definitely recommend checking them out!
EMPWR is a top notch organization. Our initial meetings and conversations with our sales rep Josh were very informative. He was able to provide us with all the tools we needed to make an informed decision to "Go Solar" on our newly purchased home. EMPWR guided us through everything from securing financing, gaining HOA and municipality approvals to a very smooth installation. The installation team was professional and installed our 24 panel system in less than a day. 10/10 would recommend EMPWR if you are looking to make the jump to solar energy for your home or business.
Great experience! We were pretty skeptical when we started this project. However, our initial contact with Dillon Long really turned our opinion around. The project was completed and our house looks great. Just a great experience!!!
I had a bad installation experience with Empwr. Screws were left missing from my breaker box cover panel. I reported it, but they never returned to fix it. My inspection was postponed multiple times after it was scheduled due to paperwork issues on their end, and the communication around this was not good at all. A copper ground wire that they connected the solar equipment to was left exposed out of the ground in my yard. They told me they would return to fix it but never did even after I reported it to multiple people. If I could do it over again I would have definitely chosen a more professional company. The original sales rep even returned to my home 2 months later to try to sell me solar again not knowing I had already purchased it. Not a professional company after the initial sale.
Had a great experience with EMPWR. My salesperson was great to work with, and the staff kept me informed all the way through the process. Had my system for about 6 months and it's working just like it should!
Everything was handled really well with our solar install, and they did a great job of keeping us informed and handling everything well and professionally.
