Great place to work and grow. A company that cares for thier customers, and thier employees is hard to find at times.

I really recommend searching elsewhere for work. 1) if you start as a CSR you'll have a hard time moving up. They tend to promote internally at a low percentage (around 8 %) so be ready to be passed up on promotions 2) they overwork EVERYONE. I used to have a manager on maternity leave that would still log in from home. BAs on PTO log in with the "time off" being that you just won't attend meetings while you work. 3) a long time ago the CSRs have found out that a client Empyrean represented (I think Farmers or Hertz) had sent money to the team they were assigned to as bonuses. Turns out Empyrean had not told anyone until the HR Director for the client had mentioned it in a meeting when following up with the team. Became a huge deal to find out they did this. No idea if they continue to do this. Overall, if you just NEED money, ok go for it. Just be on the look out for another job. It's not gonna be worth it. Trust me on this.

Corporate philosophy of running their workers into the ground by working them 60 hours per week and offering little in the way of incentives. Because of this employee turnover is high and there's a continuous lack of consistency or knowledge base to lean on. Getting help from veteran workers can be difficult because they are more overworked; overall management is inconsistent between departments (there's a few well run ones), and support is minimal. If you are employed here I wish you the best of luck.

Two weeks ago I would have given 5 stars because I loved working here. I loved the pay and i loved the people. But I was fired while out under Drs care after a car accident. They fired me the same day i told them I would be out the rest of the week due to a concussion. When i tried to contact my manager and HR no answers or returned calls. So they will be hearing from my lawyer very soon.

I loved working here. The people are nice and it is really laid back unlike most call centers I have worked for in the past. They don't tolerate being late so make sure you are always on time. The pay is good, just don't like the fact that you're paid twice a month 15th and 30th vs every 2weeks like I was used to. All in all, I give this place 5 stars.

Great pay but work load is ridiculous. Job advancement from within is great and bonuses are better. Long work hours and great coworkers.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for over a month. I’ve called several times. No one is helpful and they are all extremely rude. I’ve had zero actual help and neither has my dental office. I’m so tired of dealing with them. If you have any options do not go with these guys. I have wasted hours of time with no results and they still have my money.
