After dealing with every excuse from we don't have enough staff to we have too much work. And over a year of dragging their feet we had to scrap our entire building project has their costs soared out of control. They claim to be very well connected but honestly had no clue what was going on in their own office. The office manager named Ursula whose primary job is to keep you from talking to the engineer and finding out nothing had been done in months. You're better off trying to do this on your own trust me. It took thousands of dollars and all we got or 4 pages of plans most of which were copies a whole we supplied them.
