I worked there for almost a year. I was promised many things. Unfortunately, it was all a lie and they don’t care to hold their end! This company over promises a lot and under delivers to their clients, but more importantly, their employees. I was promised that they communicate and resolve issues. Well, they don’t! Nothing but deception and backstabbing. Normal people with a spine communicate their differences and come to work through them together, but at ES2, they’d rather use and abuse you and your family then let you go without a good reason (like employee misconduct). All in all, you have been warned. Find a company that values integrity and honesty and that can prove it.
