Their Epilog laser makes it possible for me to make products that nobody can come close to matching, unless they buy an Epilog laser... Customer service is beyond what I have ever gotten from any other company.
I bought a laser engraver from these nice people 5 years ago& they still exceed all my expectations of service. The machine has never broken down & I use it just about all day 6 days per week. I run into challenges once in a while but I can always count on Randy Allen to help. No matter where he is he always finds time to get back to me with help. Roy Brewer, the owner of the company helped me 20 years ago with an engraver I didn’t even buy from him. I didn’t buy it from him because at the time I didn’t know him. He is a fine, honest & very knowledgeable man yet humble & friendly always. Epilog Engravers are made right here in the USA In Golden Colorado. All the models are top notch machines. I highly recommend them & the Brewer organization.
We purchased the Epilog Fusion M2-32 for making Data Matrix and Code 39 barcode placards per MIL-STD-130, ISO 15415, and ISO 15416 for the department of defense. We are pleased to say the Verification of these placards yield \Superior\ grades for Marking Quality, Legibility, Modulation, and Contrast. This is an excellent machine for many applications on many substrates.
Purchased a pre-owned Helix 50w from Engraving Concepts and it was an exceptional experience. I dealt primarily with Jeanette whom I meet on the Epilog Users FB page when I was looking for a new laser and was also looking at ULS lasers. I'm not in their territory, but she answered many questions about Epilog and put me in touch with Randy who spent about an hour on the phone with me answering a bunch of technical questions I had about Epilog lasers. When I finally decided to go with Epilog over ULS, they happened to have a Pre-owned 50w Helix that they originally sold, and because of the service I received without being their customer I decided to buy it instead of new from another distributor.
