I came to the Enigma Medi Spa salon & Laser Center on the advice of a friend. She has been using their services for several years and is very happy. I did laser hair removal. Pleasant atmosphere and experienced staff. I passed 4 procedures, the result was pleasantly surprised. Now there are no razors, the skin is smooth and beautiful. I recommend it

Stuff little unprofessional while they are serving people and their procedure isn’t effective at all. They guaranteed me 6 times visits but even after 6 times result was not good at all. I recommend going to others please where they guarantee their work and money-back services instead of going here. Overall, that's all my thoughts.

Great experience! Had my third laser yesterday and, so, that was the third time they made me happy! Special thanks to Nancy, she was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended this place.

I made an appointment for a deep peel and was quoted 85. When I got there, the esthetician was 30 mins late. I sat there waiting patiently and even asked if I needed to complete new client information forms after sitting there for 20mins. The esthetician was running in and out because there was another client she was finishing up. She cleaned my face, left me to check on her other client and came back cleaned my face again, applied two applications of the chemical peel with a cotton ball (2mins each) and said I was done. She told me while I was on the table that it’s going to be alittle bit more for the service because I was getting a deeper peel. She told me it was 150 but will discount me and I was charged 110. I paid and never came back. This is by the far the worse experience ever. At least put some effort into it - maybe a facial steam? Mask? To at least say it was worth 150! And that I had to at least get several more treatments. Waste of money and time. Oh and the esthetician asked, “Are you mad at me?” After she told me the price - if you have to ask you know you are wrong. Room was cluttered, very tight and a mess...charging downtown prices for a cheap service - the results were not visible as I have had many peels before and the treatment given barely did anything.
