By far the worse place I have ever dealt with. My wife bought a washer & dryer. Washer only worked 1 week. Called & left messages - no call back & will not answer the phone. Had another repair service look at it. Told us that it was rigged just to work temporary due to the parts being expensive to fix. Dryer now not working only 1 month of using. They never answer the phone!!!!!!!!!. Now we are out 480.00 plus paying the other repair service.

Very reluctantly, due to worrying about quality of refurbished merchandise, bought a used dryer here probably three years back, has been the best dryer I've ever owned! Plus they were extremely helpful all the way through the sale, the delivery and the set up. I especially appreciated their assurance that they provide quality merchandise and back it up with 100% guarantee to fix it if anything would happen to go wrong.
