Had a terrible experience with this company. Escrow agent was not very helpful, had terrible communication and was unable to answer any questions. It took several phone calls throughout the day to finally contact my agent. Also , it felt like the paper work was processed very last minute as it felt super rushed towards the close of escrow. On the day of escrow, I had a few questions when signing all the documents and when I asked for someone to explain a few questions, the escrow agent came in appeared annoyed, and unwilling to help. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience company and definitely would not recommend coming here.
