Not knowing what to expect regarding the process of protection of assets. The staff at Estate & Elder Law Service went out of their way to put my mind at ease. Willam Erhart explained what services they would provide. He made me aware that I would be required to provide a great deal of information to complete this process. He present a fee schedule showing the cost. He offered me the opportunity to compare his services against other firms. I chose not to and accepted his terms. Her turned me over to his staff and the process was completed in a timely manner Elizabeth Colon did a wonder full job. Thank Estate & Elder Law Services.

My relationship with Estate & Elder Law (E & EL) began back in 2011 during the creation of my father's will, advanced directive and power of attorney. The preparing attorney was amazing and left no stone unturned during the process. She took out all of the guesswork to ensure that my father's final wishes were granted. In 2015, my father was diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson's disease. We again turned to the law offices of E & EL to assist in the Medicaid process and VA pension application. I was fortunate enough to work with the same attorney that had prepared my father's will. She was so incredibly polite, concerned and genuinely cared about my father and made the process as easy as possible for myself. All deliverables that she needed from me were clearly laid out, explained and had clear timelines as to their due dates. During the Medicaid application process, our attorney had decided to focus on her family and left the E & EL firm. Clearly nervous, anxious and concerned as to who would replace the attorney that we had a long history with, we met Elizabeth. Elizabeth not only met expectations, but exceeded them. She never missed a beat, and the transition went incredibly smooth. This past February, my father passed away, succumbing to the diseases after a long 5 year battle. My father and I met Mr. Erhart to do a Power of Attorney. He articulated the various elements of this document in a way we could easily understand. He also connected with my father in a very supportive, empathetic manner.
