Cheryl and her son Bob are great. I had scheduled a sale at my deceased mother's house right before Covid-19 hit. They were very understanding during the lockdown and were in no rush to have the sale without making sure it would be safe for their staff and the buyers. They did a great job of setting things up, selling, and cleaning out the house. It was much less stressful for me (an out of state daughter) with them handling the estate sale. They were very easy going and good to work with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We were very excited to go to the estate sale this morning, until we got there. All of the workers were smoking (with masks down) and right in front of people. Specifically, the woman working down at the garage. She was very rude with people coming in and lit up a cigarette right in front of the garage where we were waiting to enter. The entire process was so disorganized and overall very trashy. We go to an estate sale almost every weekend, and I would not recommend going to an estate sale with this company organizing it.

Wow these people are amazing. Cheryl Sullivan is so wonderful to work with. Her and her crew worked so hard getting everything ready for the sale. They worked 8 straight days in the heat, working 10 hours a day. Our estate sale.was today and it went of without a hitch. We couldn't be happier with the service. A huge thank you to Cheryl and her crew. I truly don't know what we would have done without you. We highly recommend this very professional and awesome company

I am new to this area of the country and as I was looking at estate liquidation representatives this evening I came across the review posted recently and your response to it. I have not ever been a customer of yours and admittedly have not been to many sales in the area yet, but the review and your response has me wondering a few things about protocol and I hope you do not mind me asking. The reviewer posted that when the sale was opened the gentleman in front of him in line did not go to the equipment in question but instead went to the \front room and claim he wanted the AR speakers\. The reviewer also mentioned that there was another gentleman with the first man but he entered the line later than the reviewer. So my protocol question is twofold - Is it proper protocol to save a place in line for someone else? and If you are the first person in line do you get first rights to anything and everything for sale for the duration of the time you are there? In other words, if the first man chose another piece of equipment to purchase first, aren't the other items on sale free game for other buyers at the sale? Finally it sounds like you accepted the reviewer's money and were in the process of completing the sale when the man in the front room began to object. Why did you accept the money in the first place? As I mentioned above I am simply interested in what proper protocol really is in this area so that I can be best prepared. Truly what is right is right, but it does sound to me as if you were unduly influenced by your familiarity with the subsequent buyers. I appreciate any response you can offer to clarify your estate sale protocol.
