Just purchased a new Tesla Y. Met with Ellie at this store. She could not have been more helpful . Answered every question. Easy to contact .Returned every call . She is the model employee everyone should strive to be like. Great job.
I went into this store today and no one acted like they even cared I was there. They answered a couple of questions but never even got up from there computers. I brought my wife in about 30 minutes later and thought I my get a better response. Same think happened. Guess I will find another Tesla location.

Attentive but not over bearing staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. The Model X is a superb feat of engineering. Showroom is beautiful and you’re allowed to explore the vehicles at your leisure. Check out the sound system, discover the interface of the display panels. There is so much I love about the Tesla vehicles! Super excited to check them out.
I wasn't aware there were Tesla "dealerships". It was a corporate store. Attendants were knowledgeable and you could sit in the cars and operate the controls and ask all the questions you wanted.
