My Office has rented from Mid Atlantic properties for over 10 years. In that time, we grown and contracted and grown again and all along the way Mid Atlantic has helped our Office. They offer very professional and clean spaces, friendly and competent staff, and they go the extra mile to help all clients/tenants. Over the years they've immediately attentive to anything I bring to their attention. Their policies are fair and clear and the management is always available if I have a question. As a result of this I referred dozens of friends and colleagues here and they are all happy they came.

I can not speak high enough about the team here at my office, if I could give them a 10, I would. Meg and Regina are the best. They treat me the way you want to be treated..... excellent!!!! They handle my calls perfect and the offices are large and well furnished for all my needs. When ever I need anything all I have to do is ask.

I have worked at an office here for over 5 years, and have had a great experience. The parking is extremely convenient for me and my co-workers and our clients. Management does a lot to help build and foster a sense of community among these small businesses renting office space. This includes holiday gatherings, popcorn Thursdays, and cookie bakes. I would recommend (and have recommended) this office space to friends.

The clients are great and make it a fantastic place to work each day, I think it is wonderful when the clients collaborate with each other. There are lots of open doors and it makes for a fun environment. There are many long term clients and it is amazing to see them grow in our facility.
