Be nicer and more patient, especially to people who are being nice to you. I'm not going to pay money to any business with an employee that speaks to me in a rude nasty impatient tone, especially when I'm still being nothing but nice. It doesn't matter if you are having an off day, stressed out, or whatever is going on, you still need to be nice to customers.... or you will lose them. This is just about the one and only employee I spoke to, so the other workers here may be wonderful, but the person I spoke to needs to learn some better customer service skills...

We have been boarding and having our dogs groomed here for decades. Linda and Joe genuinely care about the animals that are left with them. Great services and prices!
Nice people, very affordable and my dog loves going here. He gets excited as soon as we step out of our car. They even have grooming service available so your dog smells good coming home after a stay.
This couple takes great care of our dogs!!! The dogs love coming here while we are away!! We were recently out of town when our oldest dog took a significant decline, and I cannot be thankful enough for all they did for us and our furbaby!!! Truly a family place and wonderful care!!!
Whenever my parents go on vacation they leave there pup here, and I'm usually the inenwho picks him up after about a week.The couple who own and run this kennel are wonderful! You can tell they are wonderful with the animals just by how parents' dog reacts. They never act annoyed whenever any of us call to check up on him and the gentleman that owns it always helps me take Kobi's stuff to my car. I HIGHLY recommend the boarding kennel!
