Had many Great experiences until today.. The guy up front goes crazy about waiting outside and 2sec later says OK I am allowed inside! Stop trying to scare people and control them!! He then goes on rant about Not accepting cash? This guy does Not belong in Customer service! I will make Grainger my very Last option...

Send one of my employees to pick up a order of 3 items. When the items came, i only received 2 of the 3. Branch does not have direct contacts, have to go through their cooperate number to get any sort of help.

Fully competent staff. Lockdown or not these people knew what I needed and had the part on hand! My compressor pressure switch malfunctioned after 50 years of continual use and I needed to get back to work asap. Grainger and its associates knew the best fit for my situation. I could not have been more thrilled to see Americans at their best in whatever situation thrown our way. Bravo and Godspeed.
