Took a two and a half hour ride to pick up a heater in the middle of an emergency, luckily it was in stock when I called, But after taking a two and a half hour ride you mean to tell me you won't let me use your bathroom?? At least one of the employees was nice enough to direct me to somewhere close by since you wouldn't allow me to use your facility.. staff is great but a company policy is pretty weak... If you don't want the public using your bathroom then why would you allow them in your lobby?? But besides that love grainger as always.
