I had used FLS previously without issue. On my return trip home this past weekend after several delays to my flight, the entire airport was shutdown and my flight was canceled. While I was trying to figure out how to get the 5 of us home, FLS called me and told me since my flight was canceled they would still be billing me for the pickup. I explained I still intending to use them I just needed to find a new flight. They told me if I could tell them in the next 15 minutes when my new flight would arrive they could accommodate me with an added fee. I again tried to explain my situation and that I could not provide that info. We made it home from a different airport after several more delays 12 hours later than our anticipated arrival. I could not get an Uber XL at 4am, so I ended up taking an awful yellow cab home and paying another 250 for it, plus receiving the full bill from FLS. I have used many different car services for work and pleasure, never in my life have I dealt with a worse company. DO NOT USE!!!! If I could give them a negative star rating I would!!! Response***** Your response is a joke. You had my flight info, and my flight had been delayed several times before it was canceled. My flight was not suddenly canceled 1 hour and 30 minutes before pickup. Isn't that the point of giving you my flight info? You called me to let me know that I would be billed while my plans were literally in limbo, so giving me 15 minutes to tell you about new plans, was insulting and infuriating! Keep your 50 I already contacted my CC company and you will not be getting a dime. Penalizing people for things beyond their control is awful customer service. Your driver or someone in your company should be checking the status of flights before going to the airport. My flight was 4 hours, the first delay happened immediately, failure to check this is on you.

I have two upcoming trips with Fateh Limo Service and although I have not experienced their service in person yet, I am leaving this review based on their customer service up until this point. There was a slight misunderstanding in my initial communication with the company, but they were able to rectify the situation quickly, professionally and in a friendly manner. I have had several brief conversations with representatives of this company and each person has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to my trips with Fateh Limo Service next week and for all of my future needs. Based on my experiences thus far, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for limo services in and around NYC.

I want to say that we were very impressed with the service we were provided this time around. Previously, when it was called Your Limo Service, we had a very bad experience and vowed not to use this service. However, after seeing the name change we decided to give them another try … and we were very pleased! The level of communication that is provided is the differentiator from other companies, including Uber. Receiving emails before our pickups allayed my concerns as to whether they had us confirmed. Moreover, receiving the texts from the drivers was also reassuring. Lastly, I would like to commend our driver Umar, who picked us up ... What a respectful and lovely man! Seeing that they hire drivers like him will certainly ensure us using this service again.
