The best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesperson, Candy was amazing!!! Not a pressure sale at all, she was very personable, knowledgeable, cordial, polite, attentive, and almost any other POSITIVE adjective you can think of out of a representative I can think of. That's right, I'm calling her a customer's representative and advocate. The Faulkner experience was a good one for me and my search for and acquiring of a 2015 used Cadillac Escalade. They offer services that were unexpected. They cater to YOU, the customer. You're going to get an \upsale\ pitch from the finance guy...THAT'S THEIR JOB, you can buy or not, I chose not to buy those added on things, at THIS time. However, the door is open for me to purchase them in the near future. I strongly endorse the Faulkner Cadillac family at this point in time. After 90 years in the business I think they've found the right formula for selling cars. Hopefully I never need their service dept., but if I do...I bet they are as good as their sales department. Thank you Candy, thank you Joel, thank you Faulkner Cadillac! It was great doing business with you all!!!
