Even though I didn't go through with the purchase I have to say that working with Joy was great. I only worked with her so I can An only speak on her. She was so honest and clear on everything. She definitely was NOT a typical sales person. She is very trust worthy. I will say we where greeted by Donnie which he was extremely nice and attentive but we had already asked for Joy.. I have been different places and I have to say this was a pleasure dealing with Joy. If your looking for honestly and a nice person she definitely is that person.

Our experience started off with...Donnie was very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and understanding to our lack of knowledge. With in moments of speaking to us he knew exactly what we did and didn’t want and pointed us in a great direction. Thank you so much for your time and patience....This was my original review however after months we never heard anything back even after leaving numerous messages.
Let me just start by saying the beginning is great! They treat you with respect always nice and willing to work with you for most part. On the other hand when you’re told something you MUST make sure it’s in writing because it will definitely get turned around. I’m almost at a year staying in my home and the house is very nice but the house itself is way over priced. On getting things fixed it was a nightmare at first but now they have someone to schedule appointments for you so someone can come out. I wish I could rate this better but honesty it very important and people should know what you’re getting into before hand!
Darnell McNeil is your man of you are looking for a new home! Since day when we started looking for a home, he was on the ball! He is in constant communication on what we need to do and what the next step is going to be. Hands down the most honest man. After going through this with Darnell, we consider him a friend. Highly recommend heading down to Clayton, even if your just thinking about getting a home. Remember Darnell is your man.
We lost our home to a fire and a friend recommended Clayton homes. We arrived distraught, confused, scared and probably rambling and Darnell McNeil listened, calmed us down, gave us hope. When we where so insecure he was our rock and our guide during this journey. He was there for every question, every phone call, every message. Almost to the day 5 months later we're in our new home. Thank you Darnell, and the rest of the Clayton homes team for taking care of us. We're forever grateful. We are sure to recommend you whenever we can.
