The rudest people I have spoke to during this process and they are absolutely no help. I was literally told to go look up my answer on the website and when I asked to speak to someone else she wouldn't let me. When asked to speak to a manager she rudely told me shes saying what shes told to say and then she went silent so I guess that's when she transferred me to the general voicemail not even the manager... WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!
