After numerous poor experiences at this location (and Lowe’s in general), I felt a kudos was due for a specific employee, Gregory, after my experience this morning. Had to have a bunch (\u003e25) keys made for our company. Mailbox type keys. After observing a handful of employees making excuses for why they weren’t able to help customers with whatever issue, I happily encountered this young gentleman who clearly gives a hoot about his job. My order was not a simple or straight forward one, and unfortunately they only had enough blanks in stock for a portion of the order, but Gregory took care of it without excuses, and I left pleased with the experience, which rarely happens at this store. Gregory, you are an asset to the staff.

They have literally everything you need to build a home. But do not rely too heavily if the website says they have something vital. Call to make sure they have it at the store you plan on visiting. Live & learn.

I love this store. During spring found the seeds I needed. During a cleansing wipe crisis found some nice one to try out and I love them compared to other brands. They have carpet powder for sale here. And on a whim they have my favorite beverage if I’m thirsty. Thanks Lowe’s!!!
