Last Monday, February, 15, 2021, I went to this store to send overnight/next day delivery of some documents to Nebraska. FedEx did not deliver my package as scheduled. The package was delivered today (8 days) later. FedEx did not care about the delay, their customer service appeared uninterested in my situation throughout this entire ordeal. Additionally, when I called FedEx Revenue Department for reimbursement or a negotiated reduction in the price of the delivery, their representative told me that since my package was delayed to the weather that day would not reimburse me or negotiate a reduction in the delivery charge. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF UTILIZING FedEx TO DELIVER ANY PACKAGES, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY. I WILL NOT UTILIZE THEM EVER AGAIN!

I honestly was very skeptical to come by after seeing all the Reviews. I showed up to get help with a Printing job, and Marsel, the manager offered to help. She was extremely kind and patient. She went above and beyond to help me with my printing job and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I was very Happy with the service and all the help that was provided.

Three days ago I arrived at this location at 7:50pm, just 10 min before they close. I arrived with 2 42” TVs and 4 more other boxes. I gotta say the experience I had with the staff was nice and they were patient with me (compared with many other places you go these days 10min before closing and they already giving you an attitude before you even speak). Michael (I believe he’s the manager) was helpful, and stayed around all the time I was packing in the boxes. He said the TV’s will be packed next day, I asked for pictures to be sent to my email and so he did! Thank you so much guys! Will definitely be going back to this location when needed.
