This used to be one of my favorite spots but now it's a pain. Every time the is something, hard to put a hand on it, but the costumer service from all of them is / just feels fake. 6/3 at this point I only come to this store because it's the closest and because a client has an account here. If not I would rather send via UPS. And now when I get into the office no one wants to help me. They all just look at each other just waiting to see who jumps on the grenade. Everytime i go it's a different way, give full address, only street numbers, confirm address, don't confirm address. I am just glad it's not my account and the client is paying. 11/2020 Not sure what happened, but there was a change for the better. There is a new office manager that gets the job done and is friendly. The rest of the staff seems to be on par with him. Not longer dreading going there like before lol.
