I went to this location to ship a trophy and apparently now, your drivers license is required to send anything with Fed Ex. When I asked why I needed to give them my license, I was only told that there was an incident that occurred 3 or 4 months prior and there was no further explanation. There were 2 employees working at the time, a male and a female. They both seemed very unhappy. I was working with the female and she appeared to really dislike her job. I said to her "fed ex employees must hate their job" to which she replied, "no we are just busy". I guess being busy is an excuse to sacrifice customer service and smiling. At the end of the transaction I stated "I hope your day gets better" she did not respond nor acknowledge my gestures of customer service warnings. I feel bad for those two employees. Fed Ex must really treat their employees terrible.

Excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful every single time I go into the store. They have answered all of my questions when necessary. Several times they have gone out of their way to assist me with a package or copy. I am always greeted and they have all made an effort to get to know me and my business.

It was very busy in there today, especially since its right after christmas. Alex helped me print something and he was very helpful, and quick. He was the only one there and he helped each customer quickly and efficiently.

DON'T PRINT ANYTHING OF A PERSONAL NATURE HERE. I had to print medical papers here so i emailed them to the email address given. When my papers were printing the FedEx worker started reading my papers on his screen, tapped his co-worker on the shoulder and he too began reading them. Is it really your business what you're printing or is it your business to just do the printing? I shouldn't have to explain any issues i have medically to your employees, yet here they are reading them to each other. WTF?

Expecting an important and expensive package. Roommate watched them walk up to our door and leave a note without even attempting to knock! This has happened before! Why does fedex do this?
