Went to get some last minute photos printed today on Christmas Eve, expecting it to not be possible because it's too late, but Kiana not only got it done, but was super fast, helpful, and the prints came out even better than I thought they would. She made sure they came out perfect, and I'm so grateful. Definitely recommend this location over the S. Mason Rd location. And cannot stress enough how wonderful Kiana was!

At 2:30 pm on Wed Dec 16, The young African American lady attending me was very rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was to send an iPad and accessories to my mother in Guam Care of a friend. I was willing to forgive her impatience and unwillingness to answer basic questions ,but when I asked her to put POC meaning they need to call my friend so he can pick if up she said she refused and claims didn’t know anything about that and I would have to call a 1-800 number to ensure that. Are you kidding m?!. I’m paying 200 for a personal gift and she can’t take the time to do a routine thing. After that, I said ok then I’m not doing business here if you can’t do that. She spitefully said “doesn’t bother me!” Wow! First time I’ve experienced that level of rudeness after living 30 years in the south. Amazing.

Loved my experience. I printed some documents for pick up and they were done in less than 4 hours. They were very professional and provided great service! I would definitely use FedEx again for my printing projects!

The loading on self serve feels like it’s from the year 1999. This works for them because they charge for use by the minute. :/
