they are extremly rude if you have a package with a label that is pre-printed and not purchased from there location, they will flat out refuse your package if you didnt buy the label from them. do yourself a favor and go else where

Hello, I think that the people here are the absolute best!! I have been coming to this facility for several years, and have always had a great experience. Everyone here is very cheerful, friendly, and professional. I just can't say enough. The convenience factor is a huge plus as well. I do all my printing here. The products turn out great, and if any mistakes were made, the Fedex team was quick to fix them. The customer service is friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Great staff, very helpful, they even box and pack your parcel for you with bubble wraps and air cushions, the price of print and scan is far reasonable than UPS. The tracking system can be better though. The shipping price is also reasonable and they have multiple shipping options.
