What a pain to get anything non standard printed any time. Photo paper is only available at the machines. Machines resize every print to fill up the page. Every time I'm out 7-8 bucks trying o print something that ends up going into trash. Passport photos have shadows and the background is grey and dark. Save yourself the frustration and go to office deport.

I went to this store to mail things.. the guy there didn’t tell me they charge extra package fee which other fedex never charge for that...so when I paid the extra package fee , there is no extra package item show on the receipt at all ...so I ask I need a new receipt to show what they exactly charged on it...they can’t give it to me ... and tell me they can refund me .. I can buy the tab pack by myself , then they don’t charge the extra fee.. so I go to get a tab .. then the guy tell me I can use their tab for free , but need pay the paper put inside the box .. So I only can give up to mail my box...when they refund my fee I paid before , they ask my phone number, i never hear about that , I refused to give my phone number, the guy say he can’t refund me....finally I say I need talk to your manager to refund me , I’m not going to give my phone number; and I get my refund.....it’s a terrible place!!!

If I could give a zero I would. FedEx needs to up its game I had to go over to UPS and they were able to ship a package. FedEx was telling me to create my own label and drop it in a box. Absolutely ridiculous when I was already at the store.

Driver didn’t even stop at my house, just drove right past. When the manager here disputed that I pulled out video but they dismissed it so I had to drive over here. Somehow FedEx is worse than Amazon contract delivery. Where are the negative star options?

I went for a business print out of pamphlets, ask to do some preview prints and I want the machine to do a professional fold, but the guy there just cuts and folds by hand which lowers the professional feel of it. One of the prints was jammed and scratched the ink. I was fine with taking a few previews including that damaged one that clearly didn't meet the standard, but I was charged for it before I knew it. That's a small dissatisfaction, what's big is the next day when I specify I will pick up at 9-10am for the 50 of the pamphlets I have emailed to them (no email confirmation of sorts, I had to go in person to ask if they have received it. They have.) And I went closer to 10 am to pick up, they had no knowledge anything under my name, took someone who came in from the previous nights to remember me. She told me that the printers were down last night and this morning too. I was shocked because they have not printed anything of mine and have not bothered to notify me. The lady there said they have another method of printing them on different paper, it was the only option I had since it was the fastest. It took two of the workers 30min to print mine AFTER serving other customers coming in, and they cut and folded everything by hand, which I dreaded. Had to cut multiple times because it wasn't perfect, the pamphlets are already puffing up and looking unprofessional, and the lady even put rubber bands around the corners which I immediately took off because they bent and damaged the corners. Didn't give me a box of any kind, just a flat brown bag. I left at almost 12 pm, unsatisfied.

DO NOT USE FEDEX!!! Fedex WILL NOT take responsibility for my damaged shipment. Their customer service was extremely bad!! so disappointed!
