I have been coming to this FedEx for over 7 years and it had the best customer service. I would go out of my way to come here. The people knew me by name and it was a family experience. I’m happy to see more people being hired, but it’s truly saddening to see how horrible the service has become. There are no people skills. I was treated disrespectfully and talked to with such contempt. The questions and concerns I posed were received with judgment and responded to rudely. I was treated not as a customer but a “sale”. I have been shipping the exact same package for so many years but now all of a sudden I’m being asked for random added fees and being refused services I had been using without a decent explanation. I can’t believe how horribly the service has dropped. This place has truly lost great people- I hope management can train these new employees on improving customer service and treating people with respect.

I went to this location to ship some documents and was greeted and helped by Jannat (associate). She was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services to offer. This branch should recognize her for her professionalism and customer service skills. She was efficient yet had willingly provided answers to all my questions and requests. So needless to say this was definitely a pleasant experience and I will definitely be back. Thanks

Untruthful information They informed they are open 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM week days This is wrong I have been there Sep 9/2020 @ 8:30 AM But office were closed and nobody has showed on. Please do not waste people's time , change your advertis and write the correct time , your are open !!!!

Wanted to charge me 6.00 for a box, okay they can’t help that. I decide to go to Home Depot to get a box for cheaper and ship using that. The gentlemen there said my box was too big and refused to accept it. Further, he would not let me use any of the broken down boxes behind the counter. Do not go here. They are a rip off.
