I had a bad experience with one of the employees. I didn’t get his name but he had mutton chops. That stood out. I brought in a box to ship. He said it looked like a box with a wine bottle in it. It was a tall and thin box but it wasn’t wine. I was sending personalized water bottles (long story). I told him it was an empty bottle. He told me it is a federal offense to mail alcohol and I would go to jail if I were lying. I was shocked that I was marking off an errand to ship a box and was suddenly threatened jail time. I told him I was safe from needing bail. He said he would open it to be sure when I left. He wasn’t wearing gloves and his nose was poking over his mask. I told him I would rather not expose the box since it seemed unsanitary. He doubled down on me going to jail assuming I was lying. I told him I would go across the street to the post office and cut my losses with fed ex since he was apparently trying to make a citizens arrest. I did go across the street and it was much cheaper and way less threatening. Consider the post office before getting interrogated by this store.

Alvin was very cool here. Multitasking and handling all types of situations all with a good attitude. More people should be like this it makes the whole store look better.
Been here a few times and every time the staff has been very helpful. Alvin in particular goes above and beyond plus he's got a great attitude when you work with him.
Printing two documents at this FedEx location took me almost 45 minutes. The PDF I had to print from my phone was too large to email, and although the sign advertises Google cloud printing, the printers aren't enabled to print that way yet! When I asked, they said that the sign was new. Why put it up if it's not a feature of the printers yet though? The computers were three times as expensive as printers, and fedex doesn't allow you to pay with cash (the employee wasn't even able to take payment at the front). You have to get a Fedex card and preload it with an amount of cash (which I was informed I couldn't even choose the amount!) I was making a purchase for work, so this means the 50 bill I had would have all been loaded on the card if I didn't ask, and the employee didn't offer to make change or anything. This also means you have to know the exact math of how much you are printing, and calculate and give the machine exactly that much, always leaving the change on the card... Anyway I finally logged onto Google drive on the printer, which took ages to load, and then selected the document, which took 3 minutes to download and 3 minutes to have a preview. When I could finally print it, the machine printed an extra blank page for every page because the Google drive formatting was messed up, and the bottom half of the document was missing. I had to collect all the blank pages and get a refund for them, which the one employee who was there started helping everyone else for even though I had been there for 45 minutes. He also kept saying he was going to help, but never came to look at the printer or try to figure out why it wasn't working.
Not sure what is up with the bad reviews. I went there and had a great experience and it was super easy to ship my box. Thanks!
Alvin from The staff congrats us by saying “ we closing in 15 min” when it’s 5pm .. and he didn’t forget to remind us every 10 min that they about to shut down. They were constantly on the phone, They just want to go home. Not willing to help Half of the prints are not working and there is a homeless person waiting on the computers.
The staff, especially Alvin, were extremely helpful; excellent customer service. They answered all my questions and were able complete a rush printing job in a timely fashion.
