It's clean and sanitized. They practiced social distancing and safety precautions on the number of people. Allowed n the store at one particular time. They are courteous and polite and happy to assist you or answer your questions even though they're swamped

I came in to fedex today to simply ship something off, the team member(Beatrize, I think that’s how you spell her name) this morning at 820am sat on her computer for an extra 5-7 mins printing and acting like she didn’t see me waiting. I had to raise my voice to ask her to come over to assist me and as someone in customer service I think that’s so unprofessional for customers to have to ask you for help. She spoke to no one who walked in after me either. I come to this one whenever I need shipping and today wasn’t a good day for customer service with her.

I had to stop by to get a presentation binder in a pinch, use the computer and print, scan and mail some stuff. I thought that 59 cents minute was a bit steep for computer use (considering a computer costs a few hundred bucks), but everything else was perfect. The place was clean, and the staff was nice.
