Recently visited this location and received fast and helpful service. The people here seemed dedicated to make sure that my package would get to where it needed to go in the best way possible.

I've been going here for four years. I don't know what I would do without this place. I use it mostly for shipping - and the staff is always incredibly knowledgeable. The photo-copy area is large and always clean. I do all my documents and copying here - I will not go anywhere else even if I have to drive farther to get it. Know why? Because everyone is friendly here and they never hassle you or bother you when you need to get work done. I have no idea what one reviewer says about shipping something. You can pull right up to this place - directly in front, no hassle - anytime day or night - unload directly in front, put packages on the side counter and ship, literally in minutes. I have been shipping many years and have never, ever been able to ship faster than I do in this place. People are on it. People multi-task here - and if they are doing print work they immediately go to the shipping desk and get it done - and always provide a receipt for tracking. The only regret I have is that I do not own a business that requires printing, because if I did I would do it here and they would get my business - why? Because I want this place to stay around and they are better than UPS at pretty much doing everything,

Rachel helped me on the phone. Possibly the nicest person I have ever talked to involving customer service / help. She told me everything I needed to do. I called another local center that was not even a little bit helpful. I am the first to say life can stink, stuff happens, we are entitled to bad days...but that is the kind of attitude/person you do not want answering a customer service line. So thank you Rachel and I will be using this as my go to for shipping fedex shipments.

Second time I've attempted to drop off a package and no one has been there. Sign hours listed on the website and door clearly aren't accurate or they just don't care when they show up. I know they haven't closed the location because I've stopped out befe mid day and they're open!

The agent was very helpful & I was in a crunch to publish a recital program. She talked me through sending the order electronically and sent a text quickly confirming receipt. The programs came out beautifully!!! It received many compliments from audience members. I have found the answer to program printing, taking a load off my mind!

Printer broken at FedEx. What’s up with manual form I had to fill out after all the sending and recipient info was entered into the the system by the rep. If this was my “other Office” I’d have another printer available in the event of breakdown. Manager Dave was called over the phone but did not offer me any solution besides my needing to fill the invoice out manually. Didn’t seem to value my time!

Close to work so I use this location a lot just for convenience. Staff has always been helpful and products are good quality. But I've never gone in and not had to wait. Make sure to set aside a little chunk of time, even if you're just picking up an online order.
