Parking is terrible at this location. Agents are clueless. Fedex no longer guarantees delivery time. Any problems with shipments are ignored. As a small business owner, I will no longer use this service. Too many delays and undelivered packages and the complete lack of customer service is maddening. In the past year, Fedex has become a joke.

Yes, I will agree that the staff was quite friend, but being friendly to customer is not a requirement for this job. This job requires its employees to ensure your package makes it to its destination safely and without any problems, but that is certainly not always the case. I shipped a package from this location. When the package arrived, literally every thing in the box was shattered. Nothing was packed properly, and nowhere on the box did it indicate that there was fragile content inside. Now I am having to deal with the claims depart, which is a complete nightmare. No idea if a I will ever see any of that "declared value" money. If you want to ship anything that is remotely fragile, be weary of this location. Most of these pictures only show you quick snapshots of the location. There are no images of the behind-the-scenes packing, but I'll show how careful they are when delivering your packages.

I was having difficulty returning a package. I called this location and problem solved. The woman on the phone was so helpful and she solved my problem. At the store the staff was very helpful. Great FED EX store.

My go to for anything printing, shipping and packing. They print everything EVERYTHING. Great spot in town for packing drop offs and they pack everything for you. Always a great experience.

I avoid this store whenever possible. There is usually only one person working at a time and you need to wait a long time just to drop off a package. The UPS store down the road is far better staffed even though UPS as a company is not as solid as Fedex.
