Today marks the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks I have gone to this store and been treated poorly for not wearing a mask. I have a medical exemption and it's raining and humid outside today and I struggle to breathe as it is. The last time I was in there, and i told the guy I had a medical exemption, he laughed at me. Today I went in there and the guy who waited on me today asked if i had a mask and I said no, I'm medically exempt (and i even have a letter from my doctor). I kid you not, the guy jumped back about 4 feet from the cash register and then told me to stand on the blue footprint circle which was about 4 feet from the counter, so we had to have been a good 12 feet apart. I don't like being treated this way. I'm not sick and I'm not required to wear a mask I cannot breathe in. Meanwhile, he doesn't have on gloves. Please train your employees that people with medical conditions recognized by the ADA that cannot breathe in a mask are exempt according to the mask mandate, which is a recommendation, not a law.

Ryan was awesome helping me figure out the most economical way to ship my cookies, plus he took his time to ensure my box was packed really well to keep my cookies from bouncing around in the box then he made sure to put fragile stickers all over the box. Super duper helpful. Definitely my favorite fedex store in central arkansas!!!
